We Love Friant!

Welcome to...

Friant, California

Over the years we have seen Friant grow as most local builders have designated this as the new place to build new communities. It is a beautiful drive if you want to get away from the Fresno traffic. The scenery is that of lush green hills during the winter and golden hills during the summer months. Friant is located 11.5 miles north of Clovis at an elevation of 344 feet. It is known as a hidden jewel and perfect if you are looking for a little more land.

Millerton Lake

Millerton Lake was created by the construction of 319 ft high Friant Dam. Millerton lake is a popular destination for boating and many water activities. The lake is know for having some of the warmest water in the Central Valley. The Dam was built between 1937 and 1942 as a project to provide irrigation water to the southern San Joaquin Valley.

Friant Depot

If you want to follow the locals you will notice many make a stop at Friant Depot on their way back from a day at Millerton Lake. Conveniently adjacent to a gas station, many take a few minutes to fill up their boats here. Visitors often times stop by Pizza Factory for a slice of their favorite pizza or baked cookie. Plus don’t forget to try their amazing Greek salad!
