Cindy is AMAZING! Contacted her about seeing a property and she got back to me right away and set it up, driving over an hour to let us see it. She is very communicative and responds to questions and concerns extremely fast. We ran into a few issues upon move in and she rectified them by the end of day. I even messaged her when she was away from the office and she forward my message to someone who would help me same day. She is super positive and a joy to work with. We’ve been working with Cindy since moving into our new rental a couple of months ago, and she has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We’ve unfortunately had several issues come up with the property since moving in, but Cindy has always been responsive, patient, and willing to help us get things taken care of. What I appreciate most is that she communicates with us and genuinely seems to care about getting things resolved. I had Cindy show me a house and she was fantastic! Great communication and easy to understand. I didn't know much big words but she listened and when she figured it out she let us know without making us feel dumb and it was nice to have someone that could make us feel so confident and comfortable. Denise is Amazing!!!  Not only is she the best Property Manager I've ever worked with, she's possibly the best person I've ever worked with period. I was on the brink of giving up being a property owner after endless bad experiences with two previous property management companies, continued financial losses, and being treated with such disregard on a personal level.  I had lost all trust and had no faith in property management in general.  Melisa, the owner of Edinhart, reached out to me.  She took a genuine interest in my past experiences and what I was looking for.  I came away from that call with a feeling of someone who was actively involved in making sure her company runs at a high level and Melisa was the first company owner who seemed to understand the protections I'm looking for as a property owner and had solutions to incorporate those protections for me.  Melisa followed up by having Denise Castro contact me to explain their property management services even more.  Denise was as genuine as Melisa in her commitment to help me.  I decided to change course and chose Edinhart and it was the best decision I made. Denise has been my primary contact person and she has been a rock star.  From the moment she got access to the property, she took charge like I have never seen before.  I really don't know when she sleeps because I would be talking to her in the evening, adding items to her list, then the next day, 2 or 3 different services were working at my place already!  Even problems I had tried getting fixed over a year ago, Denise got inspected and fixed within days.  Current issues, old problems, she solves them all!  And her communication is great, always keeping me updated every step of the way.  As things moved forward, I met Cindy who works exactly like Denise, getting everything done in record speed, even working at my place after dark, getting it ready to list.  They are a great team.  I have honestly been in awe just watching the speed at which they accomplish things.  I have never seen anything like it.  They are a well-oiled machine. The Listing Edinhart did was beautiful - so professional.  So far, I have found they handle everything professionally like a high functioning business.  They are also very compassionate and understand the human part of property management and the stressors and risks of being an owner.  My property had been sitting vacant for over 5 months before Edinhart took over.  Another had been vacant for 9 months with my previous management company.  Edinhart did more work on my place in the 1st week of taking over than had been done in a year.  And one month after listing it, I now have a good tenant! I met Cindy at a home I wanted to rent, and she was a ray of sunshine from our first handshake! She was SO kind and patient with me and all my million questions! She texted back and forth with me many times after the first showing and continued to answer all my questions. She considered all of my concerns and addressed them immediately, always keeping in touch with me about any changes in the home and progress with how things were moving along. I have met many managers of house rentals, and Cindy is one of the best I’ve met, without a doubt. She is knowledgeable about the home, helpful with the application process, and more than willing to give me time to think and process what I learned from seeing the house and the owner’s expectations. She remained patient and helpful—and she was so kind to me, whether I ended up renting the house or not. I want to work with her again! I cannot say enough positive and wonderful things about Cindy. Cindy @Edinhart is awesome! She exemplifies what it is to be customer service focused especially in a time where that is lacking in many businesses. Cindy answered every question we had regarding possibly renting out our home as it would have been out first time doing so. Ultimately we went with another option which was to sell our home. Since our move came due to a work relocation, we had to go with the realtor brokerage provided through my work or we would had definitely worked with Cindy as our realtor. Even though she wasn't our agent, she checked in periodically and continued to follow up on our home sale and move showing genuine interest in our move. I gave Melisa a very difficult tasks, to sell my house as quickly as possible before I moved overseas in 2 months. Melisa is so amazing!! I had a realtor before her that was the worst experience. As soon as I was introduced to Melisa, everything was as smooth and easy going as anyone could want it to be. She immediately got homes lined up to see that were of interest and in my price range. We found the one I wanted the first day we saw homes. There was multiple offers and she did everything in her power to get me the home. She guided me, advised me, and was available every step of the way which made a nerve wrecking time a pleasant experience. I no doubt will recommend her to anyone and everyone. Melisa was incredibly helpful and fast helping me pick out a house. My husband and I had a very unusual situation. She was constantly searching for our dream house, within our budget, in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. The second the house we were interested in came back on the market, we were in by the next day to get pre-qualified. We had a bumpy road, but she was patient the whole way. She was very timely, caring, and professional. Whenever there was a problem, she would resolve it instantly and help keep us calm. She also helped us make the inside our own with her Interior Design background. She definitely made this house our home.
