About Melisa Spolini
My name is Melisa Spolini and I am the owner and broker of record for Edinhart Realty & Design Corp AKA: Edinhart Realty & Property Management (DBA). I love helping people take care of their biggest investment they will probably ever make. Helping people buy, sell and rent their homes is my passion. I have been in real estate in the Central Valley since 2007 and started the company Feb 2014. I graduated with an Interior Design degree in 2004 and it has been a huge asset to my career. You may have seen me on HGTV house hunters back in 2012 as a listing agent of a home in Copper River Ranch. Over the years we have grown our team and each one of our team members brings something new and exciting to the table. I love being there for each team member as support in any way I can. Negotiations have always been in my blood and many people don’t know that I speak Spanish. I am very thankful to my parents that realized how important teaching me Spanish was going to become later in my life and I am trying to pass on the tradition and teach my own twins Tullia and Tavian.
Aside from helping many clients buy and sell their homes, I have also been a real estate investor since 2010 and have recently flipped several homes. I enjoy meeting with my team regularly to brainstorm together in order to implement the best practices for helping our clients buy, sell and rent their homes!
